IMPORTANT: Custom Events are not automatically confirmed, as we need to make sure your location is feasible and our schedule is open. We most likely will be able to make it work!

Low Table
Ground seating with rug, (5x) pillows, low picnic table, table decor, umbrellas. Each module is intended for 5 people.

“Normal” height 6ft table, (5x) banquet chairs, table decor, umbrellas. Each module intended for 5 people.

Shaded buffet area: 10ft × 10ft canopy with (2x) 6ft buffet tables with table clothes.

Beach Lounge
Informal “living room” with 10ft x 10ft canopy, (6x) low beach chairs, (4x) Italian chaise chairs, low table with decor.
$500 each.

Custom Events
Introducing: Modular Event Booking
As we head into 2026, we’ve hosted +1,600 events and customized countless layout schematics to bring our client’s event visions to life. Since our inventory has scaled and we have so many unique ways to set up the layout for your event, we’ve developed a new approach, “Modular Event Booking”.
The concept is simple, we have various modules that you can scale accordingly to assist with covering your specific needs.
Perhaps you are a corporate group that needs formal dining seating for 50, low picnic seating for 25, 3 lounge areas for informally gathering, 2 large family style shaded buffet areas for F&B distribution and 5 highboy cocktail tables for guests to have an appetizer, drink and nice chat at.
Maybe you are a parent planning a beach hang for your daughter’s 10th birthday, but you want to have fun too so you’ve invited the 15 friends’ parents to join as well. You will probably lean towards a low picnic table spread and beach games for the 15 kids and then book a 20 person chair seating for the adults, with 1 shaded buffet area for pizza, birthday cake, presents and other miscellaneous items.
You may just want an informal, comfortable space to act as your home base for a beach day or sunset happy hour and the expected headcount will require heavy inventory that you really just don’t want to shlep to the beach and then worry about clean up and packing your car after… so you just need a simple Beach Lounge and shaded buffet area to simplify your day.
Regardless of what your vision is, we probably have inventory at our warehouse to execute the event. We hope our modules help you and you are always welcome to reach out with any questions or additional customizations.
