“North of the Pier” picnics will be set up on the beach directly west of Lot 3 North, in close proximity to Lifeguard Tower 12.
We love this spot because of the easy 10 minute walk for guests staying at hotels in downtown Santa Monica, the public parking lot is bountiful with plenty of parking spaces for locals wanting to drive or uber, it boasts a well kept proximal public bathroom and a wooden walkway that simplifies walking out onto the beach.

Small Picnic: 2-9 people
